3 weeks late and bfn!

I'm hoping someone is in a similar situation as I am going mad!!

I last started AF on 09 Jan (I can have irregular cycles) so I am currently 3 weeks late but I keep getting bfn 😟I've never been this late tho...

I've been having ewcm since yesterday that I only usually get at ovulation time but that should have been weeks ago!

Has anyone else experiences a similar situation then got a BFP soon after?

Trying not to get hopes up....

I'm 27 ttc 8 months now

Could you have ovulated late? Or your body tried to ovulate but didn't, and is trying again now? I sympathise as I have irregular cycles and have been ttc the same length of time as you, but I think the likelihood of a bfp is slim this cycle if you haven't already had one and you definitely ovulated at the right time.

Irregular cycles are a nightmare! Playing the waiting game every month! I think you're right...just wishful thinking on my part 😕

I would always say if you see ewcm then dtd as you may be ovulating, especially with irregular cycles. Have you thought about opks/bbt to track your ov? May help for peace of mind in when to expect af. Good luck.

It's weird though as I had the ewcm 2 weeks after last AF. ( near end of Jan)

This is why I'm so confused! I've bought opks but even when I've had this discharge before and used them then they've been negative. I have an overactive bladder so I'm thinking it could affect urine quality when testing....

I am only three days late but getting bfn too even with loads of weird symptoms going on that don't usually happen. My cycle is weird though. For ages it was 28 days dead on and over the last year it has been 25-27 days. I'm currently cd30... but previously have had a 34 day cycle.

Although I have familiar cramps starting so I think maybe I'm out 😥
