I am on my third week of acupuncture to help use to conceive. Has anyone else tried this and it worked?

I did I can't say it was the acupuncture as I had ivf as a single woman so no natural trying but I loved it I had an amazing practitioner who specialised in fertility and my ivf worked first time!

I finally got my BFP after 15 months of trying after 6 sessions of acupuncture, sadly it ended in MMC in December but I'm still doing it hoping it will work a second time. I find that it really helps me relax and feel more positive about this whole stressful TTC journey! I hope it works for you too!

Woo. No clinical evidence base for it.
It’s harmless though so if you have money to burn go for it

I'm giving this a go too! Ive got my first appointment tomorrow. Ive heard some really positive things and even if it does nothing more than help me chill out and relax a bit then I think it would be worth it.

I did, didn't work at the time but it was a nice peaceful time and got pregnant soon after with my DD so perhaps it helped or the Agnes castus or the weight loss

I tried it for our second ivf I didn't find it particularly relaxing which if nothing else I was expecting. I didn't feel it added anything to the ttc process and wouldn't recommend.

I had it when TTC#2. She suggested PCOS before the gynaecologist diagnosed it and I did get pregnant (she also knew I was pregnant before I did). I found it very relaxing so I'm a big fan!

I tried acupuncture last year, the lady I went to said it could take around 12 weeks to make a difference and sure enough 3 months later I got my bfp, sadly I had a MMC in January but I am thinking of going back again for another few sessions. I don’t know whether it was the acupuncture that helped or if I would still have got a bfp if I hadn’t been going but I like to think it helped. I actually hated going to the sessions and didn’t find it very relaxing at all but I would defo give it a go again xx

Mine worked on the first month of using acupuncture to conceive dd2. We had been trying for 8 months with no luck. Best of luck
