How long into new job?

Started new job in the new year. We have a 8 month old now and want to start thinking about a 2nd. When is too soon to start trying for 2nd? I do not wanna upset my new work place! It is pretty much 90% men here too.

Assuming you're (at least partly) there for the money, have you checked their maternity pay policy? This is often the deciding factor for anyone planning a pregnancy in a new job.

If you are entitled to maternity most companies you have to be working there for 23 consecutive weeks before the 15th week of your pregnancy to be entitled to enhance Mat pay

I don't think we would be looking to start trying to conceive for another 4 months so then i would have been here for 6 months

I conceived In my first month of a new job in my defence I've been with the company over a decade so it's not as bad as it sounds.
