Late ovulation after chemical pregnancy

Has anyone experienced late ovulation after chemical pregnancy? Last month had a chemical pregnancy, period was due on the Saturday and it came on the Tuesday night ( Had BFP tests that changed to negatives). Based on the period starting on the Tuesday I was expecting to ovulate on 15th Feb but didn't get a positive opk until 20th. Does your luteal phase remain the same - that I should expect period 14 days after the 20th?

Hello there - not sure if it was a result of the CP I had in December but the last 2 cycles I've ovulated on day 23 (and I have a 28/29 day cycle). It's not much fun!

I have had 3 chemicals and ovulated 2 days later than expected each time. So on day 14 not 12 of my usual 26 cycle. And af arrived on day 28 not 26 .

I ovulated a week later than normal for my next 2 cycles after my CP. my LP stayed the same so I had 5 week cycles.

After an early miscarriage at about 5.5weeks, I ovulated on CD20, instead of my usual 16-17. I then had my usual 10 day luteal phase, so cycle was 30 days instead of usual 26-27.

For professional TTC obsessives like myself: the only thing that was a bit weird about this cycle was that i never got a peak fertility on my OPK, despite my BBT showing a clear shift and this being backed up by the usual 10 day luteal phase. So it looks as though my LH levels were too low to be detected, or the surge was shorter than and I missed it by only testing in the morning. Normally I always get a peak, so I think my hormones were ever so slightly out of whack following the loss.

Ooh @Catinabox21 I had the same thing. Last month was my first cycle after erpc. My CBFM didn't register peak last month and so far this month I've just had one low and 5 highs. But not a hint of a line on an IC. So we'll see. But last month I had an obvious temp rise. Time will tell I guess

Ovulated on CD26 when I conceived, lost at 5/6 weeks. Currently 3dpo and ovulated on day 31! Hoping we caught the egg and itll stick!!

Thanks everyone, hopefully will get pregnant soon. Really annoying my fertility app didn't reflect the late ovulation even though I recorded it so it says period is due in 3 days instead of 8 days. Normally would be peeing on sticks right now hoping for early BFP

Cakelaur yes I ended up getting SEVENTEEN of days of flashing smileys! They kept going after my BBT shift right up until I got AF! Had I not been temping, I would have assumed that I hadn't ovulated at all this month and been a little concerned. Don't ask me why I kept testing after the temp shift. Because my cycles are on the shorter side I always end up with spare sticks and I suppose I just wanted to see what happened started to get a crazy hope that it was a sign of me having conceived

@Catinabox21 omg!! Just got a positive opk!!! Totally unexpected as all day today not even a hint of a line!!! And hubby is working away tonight!! We'll have to hope that tomorrow isn't too late. That's why I love BBT. I know if my temp hasn't risen I still have a chance.

@Cakelaur you're definitely still in with a shot! I often have a 48 hour gap between the peak OPK and the BBT rise. Good luck!

Well I got peak this morning and positive opk again. The mc has defo messed up my cycles cos I had a temp rise this morning as well. Weird positive opk as I get a temp rise. Usually I have two peak days then temp rise. Hopefully we did enough this month.
