AF came out in full force this morning so I'm on CD1, all hints, tips, and advice very welcome as I've never used an OPK, temped or anything like that but I want to give myself the best chance this month to find my FW!

Hey OP-accidentally fell on here from the pregnancy board and thought I might be able to help!

DH and I had a few pregnancies and losses and got a very good 'conception' technique in the end. I tracked ovulation with temping and ovulation sticks and we used conception plus and pre seed with the applicators.

The only way we wound up conceiving was sex over the entire ovulation period (so every other day before ovulation and then every day until two days after the EWCM has dried up-3 days to be safe then every other day for a few days after using pre seed. We got pretty good at it. I had 4 pregnancies in 7 months after an 11 month delay. We did go onto clomid even though we'd had successful pregnancies as my cycles started to go crazily long after the second miscarriage. It did shorten my cycles.

Just keep at it and don't delay if it's taking longer than 10 months...get thee to your GP.

Make sure you dtd BEFORE ovulation- as soon as the egg white turns up.
