So I've been reading online that a lot of people check there cervix position to see if there pregnant or not has anyone tried this and if so what position etc

Cervical position is really only an indicator of when you are ovulating. It's a poor indicator of pregnancy because its position can vary widely for different people during early pregnancy.

High and soft is when you ovulate (as soft as lips).

I check mine, cannot figure out it's pattern.

The first sign that I was pregnant was that everything got quite puffy down below.

I think possible you could spot pregnancy from CP but probably not until you were a few weeks along, and I think you’d need to know your body really well (ie to be v familiar with your cervix in all other circumstances). I’ve checked CP on and off for years and find it really tricky to tell anything at all from it. Unusually high temperatures are a better indicator of early pregnancy for me - although for that you also need to know what normal non pregnant temps are throughout your cycle.
