Anyone else got pregnant before ovulation day

So just out of interest did anyone conceive in there fertile week before ovulation

You can’t conceive before ovulation. You can conceive before your expected ovulation day as sometimes you can ovulate earlier than you think but an egg can’t be fertilised until it is released

@Bubblegum89 what I mean is have sex in fertile week but not day of ovulation

I mean, lots of people will have conceived from having sex in the couple of days before ovulation... that's how it works!

Your ovulation day isn’t set in stone, but you have to have ovulated for their to be an egg released to get pregnant

Oh I see. Sperm can live in the Fallopian tubes for up to 5 days (sometimes more, sometimes less) so you can get pregnant by having sex in your fertile week but not the day of ovulation, but obviously you still wouldn’t conceive on those days so if the sperm survived long enough to catch your egg when you eventually ovulated

Aww Thankyou everyone for replies @Bubblegum89 Thankyou ! Hopefully me and oh have we baby danced everyday before inovulated but he worked away the day of ovulation so we couldn't baby dance

CD11. Ovulated CD14. It's more likely you'll conceive dtd early as you can't know when exactly you'll ovulate on that day and if you ov in the morning but don't dtd till evening, it's game over.
