Evap line or chemical pregnancy?!

Hello ladies,
I’m having a bit of a melt down here and hoping for some advice.

Sorry posted too soon!
I had a mc at 9 weeks in December and are currently ttc again. It took 8 weeks for my periods to come back and I thought I was back to normal but then I ovulated this month (+ppl) but then on 6/7dpo I came on af!! Or at least I thought it was af... I bled fairly heavily for 3 days (v short for me) and it stopped. I took a pregnancy text just in case and got the faintest line. I put it down to evap and tested again 3 days later (today) and got another extremely faint line. I should be 14dpo so if I was pregnant I would expect it to be a stronger line by now. So I’m wondering if I’ve had two evap lines or maybe a chemical pregnancy?!?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That’s a positive pregnancy test - and not a particularly faint one. No reason to think it’s a chemical pregnancy at this stage.

Hi ladies, thanks for replying and god I hope you’re right. But at 15dpo wouldn’t it be a lot darker by now? The line hasn’t got any darker since Wednesday?? Xx

I’m 17 dpo (I think) and mine appear like that too! I thought the same thing. Don’t worry! Congrats :-)

I would say that's a positive too! With my DS the lines looked similar at 14dpo and didn't get darker for ages so I was freaking out ,but all was fine !

Sorry about your loss OP. I had a chemical last month. I was using FRER tests too and the line was showing like that but never getting any darker and taking a long time to develop. So the reason I felt something was wrong was that after 3 mins I had a real squinter but after about 20 mins it developed into a proper line. I got my period 2 days later than usual.

How long is it taking the line to show for you? The best thing you can do is test again in 2 days and hopefully you will see a stronger line.

Hello ladies, thank you so much for responding. I really hope you’re all right and it’s just taking it’s tome to develop! With my last pregnancy’s the line was very strong by now.
I’ve felt so sad since our mc and feel desperate for child no.2 to complete our family.
Chatterbitch, I’m so sorry to hear of your cp. That's my fear too. I’d say it’s taking about 3-5 mins to see the line and then it’s looking like the picture by 5-10 minutes. I don’t know whether to expect a period or not as I had kinda assumed my 3 day bleed at 6dpo was my af. I guess all I can do is wait and test again in a few days. I may try and see the GP on Monday and see if they will run some bloods.

It’s not looking good ladies, just had a load of brown discharge (sorry for tmi), which is how my last mc started 😞 x
