@Eastend2015 what a lovely idea! I'm glad you're feeling better. It is far too cold though! I unfortunately live in West Yorkshire, hopefully there's some lovely ladies near you though.

@Claire yeah trying to wait at least another 2 days now. Just so annoying, it was a very convincing faint line! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Had a really good counselling session today - definitely going to try and keep a more positive attitude....although I may need picking up off the floor next week when AF arrives!

@Eastend2015 I'm the other end of the country too I'm afraid!

I rang the EPU today and the midwife has booked me in for a scan next week. She said all the bleeding is likely just my cycle getting back to normal so I might be able to cancel the appt if it's stopped by then, otherwise they'll check me out. So I'm glad I rang, thank you for the suggestion @Boboelephant and @whyistherumgone.

I need to read back again so I can know who to reply to. Always hard when it goes over two pages!

I went to a gynae consultant tonight who was a bit like 'well it can take a year...' helpful mate, thanks! He wanted to take the MMC as proof that I can conceive and a fresh start for length of time trying. I was like no!!

So glad your feeling more positive @eastend hope you had a good birthday. Some people- don’t know when to keep their mouth shut. How old is your DC?
What a lovely idea- I’m too far. Another in West Yorkshire. I have a fb group that started from mumsnet when pregnant with my daughter. We have had some little local meets and a big one. Mumsnet really has been a life line for me.
I love the BFP cake challenge!

Thanks to those who wished me well on Friday. I got a BFP on a FRER this morning. I was expecting it at this point because I'd had the same symptoms as when I got my previous one (very sore and enlarged breasts and unusual pains down below). I'm happy of course but also feel scared and I'm taking nothing for granted. I miscarried in February so it's still fresh in my mind and I'm trying to keep busy so I don't get too anxious.

Everybody is so kind and supportive in this thread. I am sending my best wishes to everyone and hope you all get your BFPs very soon!

@Boboelephant I'm sorry the consultant wasn't very helpful. Some consultants can be quite dismissive and it's difficult to get much out of them. Did he give you any useful advice or information?

@primrose16 he is 2 in June, I try and cherish him as much I can as I know I am lucky to have him and it makes it easier when he is all about testing boundaries and up regularly at 3.30am this week!

Hi ladies, Heartening to see a couple of BFPs and sorry to all those with BFNs - I also got my AF this weekend which wasn't really a surprise as no symptoms and just had a hunch it wasn't our month but gutting none the less. Had a bit of a cry and moan about it being nearly a year since starting TTC #2 now trying to get positive and proactive again.
Was wondering if anyone has taken vitamin B6 / any experiences with it? I have long cycles and ovulate late - normally CD20 ish and worrying the luteal phase is too short.

Hello everyone, super busy with work but am trying to stay up to date. I really love this thread, find it so helpful. Sorry for not participating much recently though! Moving house next week & I run a catering company and things are just kicking off for a busy summer 😬not sure when we'll have time to BD but going to do my best!!

@Eastend2015 it was me with the blog. And I'm SW London. Got a crazy couple 6 weeks ahead. But in May I switch to part time cos of the pup and could Defo meet up then. 😃

@Claire138 how are you feeling, I'm literally sitting on my hands not to test in the morning, I'm so scared though I don't know about you. Not feeling much though and had a huge temp drop this morning.

Had some good news at the weekend, we had an offer accepted on a beautiful house that we saw a few months ago. We were gutted as it sold in 2 days so we didn't get chance to view it. It came back on the market last Tuesday so we viewed and put an offer in Saturday, yey!!!

At least it's been something to take my mind off this last months horrible experiences.

Just catching up. It’s only been a few days I have been away from the thread due to a bad week, but almost ten pages! So sorry to those with BFNs.

Sorry I haven’t been around for a while, after getting BFN I was really down and confused with everything. Thank you for your messages and support.

How are you all?

It’s now been 6.5 weeks since the MC and no sign of AF or BFP. I’m still going ovulation tests and so far have had 4 peaks since the MC which is making me panic to be honest. It seems strange to have that many.. maybe my body is having trouble releasing the egg? I have no idea!

Hope you are all well and there have been some BFPs while I’ve been away! x
