weasledee sorry it was another BFN. what duo are you now? i guess i'd save the FRER now because after doing this so long i've waited so much bloody money on those things!

I don't have any FRER this time. Just cheap preggo strips so i can pee on things without breaking the bank! I'm 10dpo today, will test tomorrow. I was going to wait until af showed up but i have a bad sinus cold and want to check what i can take for it! Af is due i think monday, i normally have a 13lp.... so we shall see i guess!!! Wildly symptom spotting that i'm so tired in the evenings, and the sinus cold is giving me stupid hope!!

I got my hopes up last month and got some frers but didn't use them. Only 6dpo. It's dragging so much. Temperature is looking more consistent atm which I'm failing to not read into!

@hope137 I would sometimes think that. If I’m out shopping and I see a woman with a young baby and I wonder to myself what her journey was like.

@cakelaur that’s very thoughtful of him trying to take some of the weight off you! This baby making can put a lot of strain on ourselves.

@hidcat fingers crossed for you 🤞 maybe test in a couple of days and see if the line is getting darker?

@weasledee sorry you had to see another BFN. it doesn’t get any easier. You still have a few days yet though. Maybe hold out to when AF is due and if she doesn’t show her face test on the day?

Hope everyone is doing ok. This cyclical living is starting to get on my wick! I keep putting off things in the hope I’ll be pregnant soon and I just live my life day to day around my cycle...I’m complaining but I know I’ll continue to do this until I get my BFP. Not directing this to anyone in particular just wanted to type it out and make me feel like I’m blowing off some steam. Love to all xx

@Claire138 that's the plan. Got a cupboard full of cheapies and take pictures of every test noting the date on them as well so I can look for any notable darkening. I'm a flipping fruit loop with this atm!

@Hope137 I do the same. One day I'm convinced I'm pregnant and the next I'm sure I'm out! I also struggle with seeing other pregnant people and wonder why it isn't me.
@Cakelaur I'm so glad OH is stepping up and wanting to help. Although I'm not sure how doable that sex regime is!! 😦
@Weasledee sorry for the bfn. You are still so early though if af only due Sat. Maybe test Friday?

@Claire138 totally know how you feel. I was terrible in jan and Feb as I wouldn’t do anything that would affect my chances of conceiving or having a healthy pregnancy & didn’t fall pregnant anyway! This month I’ve relaxed, going on holiday in a couple weeks for SO birthday and not trying as hard. I’m hoping the relaxed approach works this time round! It would be lovely to tell my SO while on holiday.
@weasledee very early for you still so I would definitely give it a few days! Easier said than done, I know lol. Good luck!
I said I wouldn’t test until at least 11-12dpo this month, now I’m thinking hmm maybe a frer at 9dpo? So tempting 🙄 lol!

I always had a nagging feeling something was up before the MMC - I'm such a sicky person but didn't have any all day morning sickness at all. It was a MMC at 8 weeks but the baby stopped developing at around 6 weeks. Did anyone have a MC with similar timing but experience morning sickness? Perhaps it was too early, or I'll just be one of the massively lucky people who doesn't go through it!

@NoCatsHere I like the idea too. I'll be 12dpo tomorrow. I'm scared!!
@Claire138 you do!!! It'll be a nice way to relax and might help you get that bfp if not before! I've just booked one for Easter. Can't wait! 🌞

@Patienceofatoddler Haha!! To be honest I think it's only about 60% so not great odds! Maybe at least try and wait until 18th/19th. 1 or 2 days before is much better odds than 4 or 6 days!
@Llondbol the docs told me that with a MMC even though the baby stops growing, if your body hasn't recognised the loss then the placenta will keep growing and this is what releases the pregnancy hormones. So you can still get morning sickness if the heartbeat has stopped. Looks like you might be one of the lucky ones!!

@Claire138 oh sorry I missed half your message! I was going to say I've been feeling a bit scatty!! 😂 Yes my boobs still are super sore although not as sore the last 2 days. I've been having really weird achy legs all up and down my thighs. It's bizarre and hasn't gone away the last few days. Also a bit of radiating back pain. I couldn't sleep with it last night. And I still seem to have cm which hasn't dried up. Although I have been getting headaches and a few cramps which could be at related so I don't know!! Ahh it's so hard!!

@hayleyfx I’m currently looking at holidays! Can’t keep going each month obsessing on what cycle day I’m on!

My first MMC- discovered at 12 weeks, foetus stopped growing at 9w4days- I didn't have any morning sickness or any symptoms at all

My second MMC, exactly like yours discovered at 8 weeks - stopped growing at 6w5days- I had morning sickness and exhaustion and quite prominent pregnancy symptoms- so I really thought this one would stick! Especially as the last failed one had no symptoms- but Alas...no.

So in answer to your question- I think it really depends.

Thankyou so much @Claire138. I really hope so too. I'm worried though as it took me a year to get a bfp after ectopic and then that was a MMC so I'm so worried it will take that long again. Hopefully my luck is due to change 🤞 Get that holiday booked!!!

@Claire138 I completely know what you mean about living cycle to cycle. It's hard not to plan things around hoping to get pregnant. I have to remind myself to do other things when I have a spare moment that aren't thinking about where I am currently in the cycle and what milestone is coming up next (ovulation date, when to start OPKs etc) and what I'm thinking about trying next. It's like a full-time job!

@Boboelephant Good luck for tomorrow! I think we're at a similar stage symptom-wise. I'm a bit behind you at 9 or 10dpo, but also have very sore boobs along with lots of cramps (some quite intense). It does drive you mad wondering what it all means.

@Boboelephant haha I know I'm bad and building up for more heartbreak so shouldn't let myself get carried away.

Bought a couple of FRERS but I will hold off until Monday when AF is due.

Those odds are quite interesting to say the least I can't imagine they work that early (5-6 days) for many people at all.

@Patienceofatoddler Haha trust me I've been there!! It's so hard as you're desperate to know but then if you test early you convince yourself it's only neg because you tested too early and then it's an even bigger blow if it turns out to be a bfn. Well at least that's my experience! I wish this ttc malarkey was easier! Fingers crossed for you!

Ok so I tested first thing at about 6.30am. I’m 11dpo and af is due Monday. I didn’t see anything straight away although I was trying to do it on the sly and then had to hide it from my toddler who was asking too many questions about me pissing into a pot!!!. I forgot about it assuming it was negative and then went back to chuck it and now I can see a line. I’m literally shaking! 😵 but this was a good half an hour afterwards....

I have a photo. I don’t have any FRER so will get one this morning and test again.

Do you think it could be an evap line as I left it? I didn’t look at it after the three minutes, I literally peed on it and then hid it straight away. I god this is amazing and stressful all in one go. What’s mental is if i am pregnant the due date is exactly the same as the one I lost a year ago. It’s taken a whole year for me to get pregnant again after the mmc. I’m so sorry for all the posts but I’m freaking out.

Nocats, that's a positive! Even if it was an evap it wouldn't be that strong I'm sure! I think it's a congratulations
