One day Period - Should I Test?

As in title; my period arrived yesterday. It was one day early, very light (although enough to put a tampon in), mainly brown in colour (although I did notice a tiny bit of bright red blood) and stopped within 24 hours.

So far in TTC I've told myself not to test until I've missed a period, so I don't know now whether this counts? Part of me thinks maybe it was just my body being weird, I've got a niggling feeling to test.

I'm thinking I should test so I know one way or the other, but also worried if I'd be trying to test too early? When is the best time to do it?

Any advice given would be appreciated

I would test as even if it's negative you'll have put your mind at ease. If you don't and just treat this as a new cycle you could drive yourself mad "symptom spotting" before you next ovulate!
If your period was due by now then you should get a positive test result if you're pregnant.

Fingers crossed for you!

Thanks. I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and go buy a test!

I'd test now! Good luck

False alarm, AF made an unwanted reappearance before I got round to testing!

So it was just some spotting then?
