Internet cheapies?

Last night I took an internet cheapie strip test and there was a vvvfl on it! A line that other people could actually see (thought I was imagining it lol) so I felt a little hopeful, this morning I used a boots own pregnancy test and BFN - not even a HINT of a second line. Felt so disheartened and kinda gave up. Then at dinner time I felt a wave of sickness came over me and gagged a few times (sorry tmi) but that’s it so it prompted me to take another test (btw I’m not crazy I know it’s way too early to have symptoms but I wanted any excuse to test again lol) so... the internet cheapie tonight has another faint line! What is going on
I feel inclined to trust the boots test and not the internet cheapies, what do you think?
I’ve not got my hopes up at all, feeling pretty gutted, after the faint line last night I thought it might actually be my month

Yes sadly they are terrible for evap lines but they are reliable if it's a strong positive so I'd wait a day or so and do a boots or frer good luck! X

Yeah I was afraid of that I have another boots test so I’ll use that in a couple days, not feeling hopeful at all though! X

My first test was a cheap strip test which came back positive, followed up with clear blue & first response early detection ones both positive.
And because I'm a neurotic tester apparently I did a boots own. Negative. So that made me do a Further internet cheapie & first response both positive.

I think the boots ones aren't sensitive enough? Worth trying first response or clear blue to be sure!

I got my BFP on a FRER today after a real squinter on a cheapie this morning!!

I agree with Unicorn, the Boots tests (even early response) don't seem to be particularly sensitive - I'd try first response.

No experience with internet cheapies, but generally 'a line is a line'... Does it appear coloured (even if faint)?

Ooh thank you that gives me a bit of hope! I think I’ll go get a FRER tomorrow, they’re usually always right for me!
@Laura congrats on your BFP! I’m either 10 or 11dpo today, in my last pregnancy I had quite strong positives by 11dpo so I’ve not been feeling very hopeful but I’ll get a FRER and see how it goes!

@Poppins I’m unsure, it seems to have a little colour but it’s so faint it’s quite hard to tell!

Update: I did another internet cheapie test this morning and the line is slightly darker! It’s definitely more noticeable... I’m cautiously excited going to grab a frer today and test tomorrow! Hoping for my definite BFP

Okay yet another update but I’m so excited... I did a frer (it was afternoon with about an hour hold so I expected negative lol) and there’s a line! It’s faint but it’s there. Got another one to take first thing in the morning, hoping it’s strong. Still feel in disbelief. I had a miscarriage in December, I never expected to be pregnant again so quickly! I’m terrified though of anything going wrong, fingers crossed for a sticky bean!

Ladies help I did another frer today after my faint line yesterday and it’s totally negative!
I did an internet cheapie too (both with fmu) and it’s positive, the line is even darker than yesterday’s test. I’m gutted. It’s not even a bad batch of internet cheapies and these are the only positives I’ve got from them out of a pack of 25, I used one last night after basically no hold and it was negative so I thought I could trust them... I’m devastated. I got so excited

Quick update - it turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. Really feeling so disheartened by this. I have everything crossed that “third time lucky” will really be true for me!
