Reflexology What to Expect

I've booked a reflexology session next week after friends recommending it to boost fertility.
I've never tried any type of holistic therapies so I am not too sure what to expect.

I emailed the clinic and told I was looking for a treatment to boost fertility so they recommended reflexology and something called Integrated Energy Healing.

Any tips on what to expect?
Have people had success?
Am I fooling myself?

I had it whilst TTC. I'm not sure it made a difference as I had it for several months but only got pregnant after I had a HSG so I think my tubes were blocked....it is very relaxing though so I'm continuing to have pregnancy reflexology 😊

I had several reflexology sessions in the months leading up to ttc and got pregnant immediately once we started trying. I also had reflexology when I had my dd. My waters had broken but nothing seemed to be happening. I went into proper labour about half an hour into it!
