Ovulation test

I've starting the clear blue ovulation test and I was wondering. After the smiley to show ovulation does it go back to an empty circle once your ovulation has past. Or should it stay a smiley if you are pregnant?

Hi, it's not a pregnancy test so it won't tell you if you're pregnant. I've just done the advanced clear blue. The flashing face was driving me mad! Then on my last test stick I got the solid smiley... that stays on the screen for 48 hrs. Didn't test after that (no sticks left!) but once you get that solid smiley you are having the LH hormone surge so no need to continue testing until next month.
