Tracking cycles after withdrawal bleed HELP

I finished the pill on Friday AM and started spotting Friday PM so I think I was getting one of my irregular on the pill periods anyway.
The spotting has turned into a heavier bleed this morning so can I class this as my withdrawal bleed now and if so how do I start tracking my cycle from now as I have no idea where to start I am completely new to this

I use an app called Ovia, it's really simple to use. If you haven't already then get some ovulation tests (I get mine off amazon) I use them starting CD I test once in the morning (not using FMU) and once in late afternoon/evening

Is cycle day 1 the first day or last day of your period.

Thank you this is all so confusing when your just starting the TTC journey lol I have downloaded the Ovia app and it seems like that will give me a clearer idea of what's happening
