Advice please

Hey, I have wrote on here a couple of times about coming off the pill and things. I came off the pill 2 weeks ago, I’ve had my withdrawal bleed but ever since I have been experienced low cramping and discomfort during the day and also have been having a small/short bleed straight after DTD. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this.. is it normal or should I be contacting my doctor? Thank you

Totally normal. Just a symptom of coming off the pill.

It has nothing to do with you ovulating really.

What's your cervical mucus like? That's the best way to tell.

@awankstainonhumanity over the last couple of days has been very clear and stringy on tissue. But not really sure what to look for? Sorry I'm so new to this

Yep, that sounds ovulation like - should be like egg white

@anotherchangetomyname yeah that's what it's been like, but I've been doing ovulation tests daily and all neoigative.
