Tell me I'm crazy

So I stopped taking my pill, cerazette mini pill, on Friday and dtd Friday Saturday and Sunday. From yesterday I started getting mild cramping and have had very very light spotting since Friday. I no it is probably impossible that anyone would get pregnant that soon after stopping the pill but I can't help but think maybe just maybe lol I need someone to tell me I'm crazy and that this is just symptoms from stopping the pill.

Yeah this sounds like symptoms of you just coming off the the pill tbh way too soon for pregnancy symptoms

Darkstar4855 · 19/02/2018 11:22

Sounds like withdrawal symptoms from stopping the pill.

Purplerain101 · 19/02/2018 11:25

I had all those symptoms when I came off the pill

QueenAravisOfArchenland · 19/02/2018 11:25

It's symptoms from stopping the Pill. The absolute soonest you would be likely to ovulate and be fertile again is two weeks after taking your last pill and it would take a minimum of 6-10 days after that for an embryo to implant. You aren't actually "pregnant" until the better part of two weeks after you have sex and conceive.

Thanks everyone I knew it was in my head I just needed someone else to tell me that lol. The bleeding has gotten a bit heavier throughout today so is this now classed as my withdrawal bleed and if so do you have any advice on tracking my periods or ovulation from here on in as I am completely new to this so any help in explaining it would be greatly appreciated.

Your first day of your withdrawal bleed would count as day 1 if your cycle. Not sure when you’ll ovulate as everyone is different but it’s usually around days 9-21 depending on how long your cycles are

Sharnie44 · 19/02/2018 15:44

So I would count today as cd1 then as today is when I saw something heavier than just spotting which is what I've had since Friday

Yeah i’d definitely go with your first heavy day as day 1

Sharnie44 · 19/02/2018 16:26

Would this be classed as my withdrawal bleed though with it happening so quick. I'm unsure because I've read so many stories of people saying it took weeks to get a withdrawal bleed

Yes it sounds like a withdrawal bleed. I had mine 5 days to a week after coming off it and was told by my dr that’s completely normal
