BFP help?!

Looking for some advice/words of wisdom/positive vibes please!!

TTC since sept with first baby....
got a BFP on Friday (actually 4, a FReR, internet cheapie HCG strip and two CB inc the date predictor telling me 1-2 weeks.....)

Tested again this morning with internet cheapie HGC strip which still has a line but fainter than it was on Friday 🤔 I thought if anything it would be darker?
I have had 'pulling' sensations & cramping yesterday which I thought was implantation, but now I'm getting worried! Should I be??

Have a doc app on Friday to confirm it with them but Friday seems so far away right now!

I'm not 100% convinced on those internet cheapies. I'm almost 8 weeks but between 4-5 weeks I had strong lines on FRER, pregnant on CB digital and still barely even there lines on cheap internet tests. I wish I hadn't bothered buying them!

Thanks @RowenaDedalus it's got my mind all over the place! The strip was the first one I did and came back positive so maybe that was a fluke that it worked?
