Hi gals just after some tips

Had ewcm on the 8th which was cd9 (dtd) but didn't get a positive opk until 3 days later on the 11th which was cd12 dtd the following day. Is it usual to get ewcm a few days before a positive opk? It's weird because they say you ovulate 12 hours or so after a positive opk but that would be 4 or 5 days after ewcm so doesn't make sense!! Help please x

That's fine. The ewcm helps the sperm get into position before you ovulate.

Yes, normal and good. It feeds and nurtures the sperm, helping it stay alive ready for ovulation.

CM is generally more reliable than OPKs if done right.

Yes, and sperms can hang around for days in EWCM so you may have timed it right!

Yh keep us up to date owlpatrol think i seen u on another thread lol im cd 20 but i have a 42day cycle so uuuggh just trying to bd round the clock (tmi haha)

@thisisouryrfx18 urgh yes fx for you too hun as it's hard to bd so much. We only managed twice in the fw

We ve been doing it every 2nd day this cycle like doc says who can honestly keep that up for months on end..desperate i guess

Hey @Owlpatrol that sounds totally normal. I usually get the most of it approx 4 days before ovulation but this cycle it was the day before so it can vary x
