Cd 22 just got positive ovulation rest-too late?

I've had a rotten cold for six days now and still not well. I just did a clear blue ovulation test and got smiley face and cheapo one which is negative but getting there so I think my ovulation is tomorrow. Today is cd 22 so this is a late ovulation due to me being ill (I usually ovulate on cd15). Can you still conceive this late? And if you aren't top of your form? Thank you

You conceive when you ovulate. It doesn't matter if that's count day 8 or 80.

I heard something about late Ovulation meaning low hormone levels?
