TTC - weird symptoms

I'm a 31yr old mum of 1 (11.01.2012) and I'm TTC with my fiance. I'm also diabetic and suffer from sarcoidosis.
My periods have been heavier than usual, except this month, it's turned up as just brown, like old blood, and only lasted two days. I did a pregnancy test first thing this morning - negative (two actually). But, my stomach is bloated like it did with my first, my nipples ache and both are leaking (alt. between clear and white), my back hurts, and either I've got twitches going on all over the show or I could be waiting for a chest burster, and I'm craving Shreddies like a crazy person.
I had cramps on Thursday that had me on my knees in pain. I saw a Nurse Practitioner on Friday, who told me to suck it up and take a bath (not the first time she's done that to me either).
Anyone have any advice? My doctor won't see me until the 14th March, and I'm so goddamn uncomfortable and overheated, I can't deal with it. I've passed out three times in 24 hours and although I feel better this morning, I'm exhausted and very emotional. I don't particularly want to go to A&E and waste anyone's time.

Haven't had a similar experience but didn't want to read and run... considering you've passed out 3 times in 24 hours I would say you need to see someone -could you go to a walk in clinic or failing that A&E? X

There's a walk-in clinic not far from me. I don't want to feel like I'm wasting someone's time, though y'know?

Def not wasting someone's time if it helps give you peace of mind! Crack on!

Sounds like a possible ectopic. Get to the hospital

kitten86 · 18/02/2018 10:39

So I saw the walk in after another night of no sleep. The brown discharge is lessening but I'm still bloated and still feeling the odds little twinge around my belly button and lower belly. Doctor said it might be IBS - I have IBS but I've not touched my trigger foods and my BM have been regular like normal. He's not listening to me telling him about the nipple discharge and decides I might have a urine infection too. At this point, I don't know what to do.

MillieTant2018 · 18/02/2018 10:56

Sorry to hear that! Brown discharge, dizzy, fainting, sharp pain in stomach are all signs of an ectopic. You don’t always get a positive pregnacy test with an ectopic.

Could also be an infection or an STD?

Not sure about the nipple discharge though xx

kitten86 · 18/02/2018 11:20

It's highly unlikely it's an STD. The doctor gave me antibiotics but I can't help feeling like I've been robbed off.

MillieTant2018 · 18/02/2018 11:40

kitten86 did they not offer a STD check? When I had brown discharge this was the first thing my doctor did x

kitten86 · 18/02/2018 23:49

Nope. They seem to be focused on the IBS. I'm going to literally go and stand at my doctors tomorrow until they let me see her.

MillieTant2018 · 19/02/2018 07:44

kitten86 Sorry to heat that, are you still in pain? Xxx

kitten86 · 19/02/2018 18:48

I am. I saw my doctor this morning, who sent me to an emergency gynecology appointment, and they couldn't find anything, so they've referred me for a full abdominal ultrasound and blood tests.

kitten86 glad to hear you are being seen and taken seriously xxxx. Keep us updated ❤️
