I’m currently 8dpo and I think I’m pregnant. Obviously too early to do a test yeah I did one any way and it was bfn so just symptom spotting til bfp or af turns up.

I had an early miscarriage at five weeks last month. I wasn’t going to do and opks this month but did one anyway positive opk on cd14 and cd16 negative on cd17.
But basically I’m having the same symptoms as last month. Some slight abdominal pain, some indigestion, really dry cracked lips, really emotional, really strange smell to my urine. All of which I had last month just before or around my bfp. Insomnia too, but I do work shifts so this could explain that. I just feel pregnant.
Anyone want to keep me company while we wait the week out?

Thanks ladies, I have everything crossed for all of us! So nice to speak to others in the same boat. I have been so tempted to test the last few days but am trying to hold off as long as possible. Trying to decide if I should do an early test tomorrow or wait until next weekend if af doesn't make an appearance before. I don't know if BFN or af is a bigger disappointment to face. Let us know how you get on @hcbaggs!

I'm not too disheartened yet, AF isn't due until late next week so if she doesn't arrive before Sunday I will POAS again!

HC, it might still be early days so crossing fingers for you.

BFN for me on both an internet cheapie and a FRER after a faint positive yesterday. Now wondering if yesterday’s test was false or it’s still too early.

Sorry for TMI, but I am still having brown discharge and cramping. I thought this was implantation but it’s now day 5. Nomifea what is going on!

I did a digital this morning and seeing the word pregnant was emotional. I feel more positive about this pregnancy, but still worried. I’m 4 weeks today and 13dpo. I’ve nervously joined the pregnancy boards, so hopefully all will go well. Good luck to everyone else and lots of baby dust to everyone!

ladypenelope that’s annoying! I was under the impression that it’s not possible to have a false positive so fingers crossed...

I have period pain this morning. Who knows what’s going on! I’ve never had a cycle where I’ve had the bleeds/aches and pains/mood swings that I’ve had this time. It’s certainky ruined half term!

pasbeau I know Grin I’m feeling a bit emotional now. I’ve waited so long for that. I know it’s still early days, but I have a much better feeling about this one.

ladypenelope that is really strange about bfn today. I find the internet cheapies a bit rubbish. I’ve attached a pic of mine from this morning with my frer from the same pee sample, the line is still hardly there despite the frer being very clear. Even though the cheapie is supposed to be 10iu. Hopefully you get bfp tomorrow

Sorry to hear that @winterwarmers. Everything crossed that March is the month for you. I have spent my whole morning driving myself crazy trying to work out how faint is to faint of a line. I'm sure I am loosing my mind.

Hi,

Congratulations on your BFP! According to my app I was meant to ovulate on the 06/02 which is the day we did the deed. I then started spotting on 11/02 and have been feeling nausea and going to the toilet more than usual. I have done a test everyday from Wednesday to yesterday (BFN) but not due Af until 21st could it be too early?

Might be too early, clarkey. The different tests vary in sensitivity too. I’m due on tomorrow I think and have just done another test with a cheapy boots one and it was negative, but until af gets here it’s basically impossible to tell!

LadyPenelope, have you tested again? I thought there was no such thing as a false positive and the one you posted the other day was positive!
I've not tested since my bfn on the digital and have felt some very familiar cramps so definitely not feeling pregnant and jumping on the March cycle bus!
I've been skiing for a day and I suppose there is the positive that I can enjoy a rum and hot chocolate and do crazy Olympic jumps without worrying Wink

I tested yesterday and today and nothing. Strange that I would have a faint positive and then nothing. I have had brown discharge for 6 days now, so I am wondering if I was implanting but it was a chemical. I’ve been abnormally bloated this afternoon too so feeling very confused as to what is going on! I will have to keep testing.

I have no af, no positive test and no symptoms any more 😂 I guess I’ll know for definite soon. Only odd things are still lots of cm (yuck) and an enormous spot brewing on my chin. The former very unusual and the latter unusual but not unknown. Slight backache but I think that’s due to chopping down a tree yesterday!

I tested negative this morning again, despite feeling a bit sick and being really bloated. 13DPO and due on tomorrow.

I'm CD37, one day late for AF (I think) and 13 dpo. Bloated with back pain too.
Tested this morning because I can't help but want to piss on a stick... negative again. Just going to stop thinking about it now and enjoy the holiday.

Hi can I jump on the thread! I am 4 days late for AF. Usually have sore boobs, bad cramping, bloating, big appetite and crazy headaches! I only have on/off cramping and headaches and really sore legs any thoughts? Took a test, BFN😕

Hi Westie, sounds like we’re in the same boat. I’m also late for af now but no sign that’s coming but bfn as well. It’s driving me crazy being in limbo... I’m ready to kill dh who just says I’ll have to wait a few more days and what’s the big fuss, it’s not like I can change anything! He’s right, obviously, but it’s so unsympathetic.

I’m quite hormonal, too, can you tell?!

@pasbeaucoupdegendarme I totally understand! DH tells me ur only 4 days late, far too early to tell...i obv know different and get frustrated so just don't discuss lol! I just want to know either way, get a BFP or AF!

Westie, I had some bleeding on 12/2 followed by several days of feeling really heavy and bloated. Sore boobs, very emotional... lots of icky egg white stuff. Physical feelings have tailed off rather now but obviously still no af....

I have 2 dc already and for various reasons I didn’t even suspect I was pg with either of them until fate played a hand at 6/7 weeks so I know it’s posdible to be pg with no symptoms at all other than missed af at this point... I’m not sure if that helps me or not.

I’m off to buy some different tests as I’ve been using the most basic boots ones and I’m convinced they’re lying 😂

Please can I join? We've been TTC since Jan 2017, one miscarriage in Oct 2017, lots of home life stress but firmly back to TTC now. Currently CD22, not sure how many DPO but possibly 7/8. I definitely feel different to normal months, my boobs have been killing me all week, feel really swollen and very tender, I'm so bloated it's unreal, could hardly fasten my jeans this morning. The other day feeding my cats made me feel very nauseous due to the smell.

I really don't want to get my hopes up but I do feel like I could be pregnant. Tested in CD20, don't know why, I know it was too early and obviously it was negative, going to try wait until Monday to test next but the urge may take over before then!

Gosh I love mumsnet. It feels so reassuring that there are other ladies in the exact same situation.
So I've been using my mooncup since the start of the holiday just in case( definitely wouldn't want an embarrassing AF appearance on the slopes!) but still no sign of AF. My CM is quite thick and opaque though. Does anyone know what that means?
I've never bothered monitoring my CM in the past so not sure if that's just normal at the end of a cycle.
I'm hyper aware of every twinge, but I don't feel pregnant st all.
I did think I was getting a funny metallic taste in my mouth yesterday, but then remembered that it's a normal side effect of some medication I'd taken that morning...
at this point, I just want AF to come so we can start again on the next cycle, and so I can more accurately pinpoint when I'll ovulate next.
How's everyone doing today? Any news? Xx
