So this is my first pregnancy Hcg level not doubling just slowly rising and now had a scan and been told it’s a unknown location pregnancy ? Really holding out hope that everything

Did you have an internal scan?

Had this, turned out to be in the uterus.

I did miscarry but it wasn’t ectopic.

Panda I was in the exact same boat last week. How slow?

Mine rose by 10% in 2 days last week. M/w diagnosed PUL, likely ectopic, but subsequent scan found it in my uterus. No heartbeat and the midwife is adamant the slow levels mean impending miscarriage, and after much research I agree. Having another scan in 10days buit expect it to pass before then.

I have read though that the doubling within 48 hours is a benchmark depending on the levels. After 1200 they rise more slowly, and a 60ish % rise in 48 days is considered acceptable.

I hope your figures are better than mine.
