35+ TTC and feeling hopeless

As my FW comes to an end I am feeling sad as I don't feel like we tried hard enough. DH got sick day before and day of ovulation. We DTD midday Sunday and then not again until Thursday morning. I believe I ovulated on Tuesday or Wednesday. Last cycle he was out of town entire FW. I really want a 2018 baby. My first was born 2016. I was hoping to have already been pregnant by now and actually nearing the end of that pregnancy. It just seems like something always comes up during FW and we miss the egg.

I'm feeling the same. If I'm not pregnant by April I'll be missing that FW due to a work trip. I've missed a previous FW because of work trips. It feels hopeless. All other cycles we do DTD at the right times but still not a single BFP.

Yep, I feel ya. Ttc number 1 for two years, one mc last November is all we have to show for it. I feel my age pressing down on me, feeling we've left it too late. Such a horrible feeling.

I wish you ladies all the luck! I have also been doing acupuncture and taking Chinese herbs. In addition to that I'm using preseed as much as I can during FW. I conceived my first daughter using preseed and doing acupuncture. I was 34 at the time and had her when I was 35. That was after nearly 1.5 of TTC with a MC in the middle of that.
