Lower back pain

I started on the contraceptive injection 3 weeks ago but had unprotected sex a couple of days before hand. I have a 11 week old baby and am scared incase I'm pregnant again. Has any one else had lower back pain and cramp after unprotected sex? I also have a cold but I can't imagine a cold causing the pain.. tia

You'll need to take a test, it'll show up by now if you are pregnant.
