Pregnancy tests left outside

Hi all,
I ordered a bulk load of pregnancy tests - the strip ones that I see being used on here all the time. I kept checking if they had been delivered as our packages get left in all different locations as no one is ever at home (myself and DH work stupid hours even weekends).

Anyway, I checked the parcel tracker and it said they had been delivered on Friday and I finally found last night that they had been stuffed in my bush with nothing popped through the door to say they had arrived and where to locate them!

The were left in the cold now for 4 days - do you think they will still work or be accurate?

I don't know who I complain to? no card was left. I suppose I could complain to the site I ordered them from?

They'll be fine, they are all individually wrapped.

Definitely complain to the company who sent them, they need to take it up with their courier. Ask for a replacement.

I imagine they would have sat in similarly cold warehouses before being sent to you. Very poor service from the company who delivered them though.
