pain on the side

hi girls, hope iam posting this in the right place.
anyhow i've been geeting these pains on my right hand side sort of by the top od the hip bone, it feels like a dulling pain when i sit or stand and move about, some time the pain feels like, tingling or as though eg: if you had slept funny on your side iykwim..
i keep feeling is this implantion of some sort

Hi, tinbus. Not entirely sure what you're trying to say, but if you're asking whether this is a sign of pregnancy, I don't think so.

I doesn't mean you're not , but conception does not bring with it the aches and pains that you describe.

If you keep getting pains in your hip area, I would go to your GP. In the meantime, try to find out whether any one in your family has had (early) trouble with hip joints.

hi girls, thanks for your relys, well went to the dr, she reckons it my appendix, rampling on,
just was scared and worried it could of been worse, she did a test got a neg {sad}, so here hoping i'll have a pos soon,

tinbus - might be way off the mark here, but I have something like the pains you describe, and with me, they're associated with ovulation.

rowen, iam not sure, it calm down today, i did feel a little niggle early on, but if i think i back i would of ov last week..
