19 day luteal phase, high temps, BFN, spotting, cramps. ARGH!

Morning!

Just wondered if anyone could share any similar experiences and shed any light on what’s going on.

I’ve taken temps for the first time this month, all the signs say I ovulated 19 days ago. Temp’s been above coverline since. Had some red/pink spotting a couple of days before af was due which then just stopped!

Last few days I’ve had quite intense cramps, feeling like I’m about to come on any second and yesterday brown stretchy cm when wiping! Feeling nauseous, exhausted, just generally awful.

There’s no chance I could be pregnant with a negative test this late, but any ideas what could be causing this? I have a docs appointment tomorrow but dont want to be fobbed off with ‘wait and see’!
