I am the same if I come off the pill, my gp took me off it as I had been on it so long, I was off it 3 months and begged to go back on, it then took 6 months to settle back down. I’m never coming back off again unless i find something that stops my periods completely. I had days where I couldn’t leave the house. Was passing huge clots and couldn’t sleep as was affriad of leaking everywhere. I now have a 12 year old dd who is expereancing the same and has to wear nappies at night (gp won’t do anything as her periods are not regular, goes a few months without one).

I hope you manage to conceive ASAP, being pregnant with my dc’s was amazing, no periods for 9 months, it felt like a holiday Grin.

It's enough to make you stop TTC, isn't it?
I've been without my coil for over a year and I'm ready to commit terrible crimes! The only.positive is, I've not gone back to heavy periods yet just the horrible moods, IBS and pain.
Fingers crossed it's not long until 9 months of being pain free.
