GP Appointment TTC #1

We are both over 35 and have been TTC #1 for 7 months with no success. I'm going to book GP appointments for us both to check everything is ok - do we need a joint appointment or should I book separate appointments?

Also, I've been tracking my cycles using FF and OPKs (and charting the last 2 months) - would my cycles class as irregular:

Cycle length shortest 27 days, longest 36 days
Ovulation varies from day 13 to day 24
Luteal phase shortest 11 days, longest 14 days

I'm really struggling to know when I'm going to ovulate (assuming I am) as one month FF says it is on day 13 and the next month it's day 24. I rarely get other signs like CM.

Also this month, FF says I've ovulated on day 15 (according to temp) but I had a negative OPK cheapie and Clear Blue on that day (and for a couple of days before). On day 16 I got a peak Clear Blue but negative cheapie OPK - really not sure what is going on?!

Hi. I have just been referred . I began this process by seeing dr and tell her been TTC nearly a year and I have Endo. I then had 2 different types of bloods before referral could be sent off. Oh hasn’t been seen but they have asked for a semen sample
