Onto month 7 and feeling fed up

AF has arrived and we are now onto month 7 TTC number 2. Had a very early chemical month 4, period wasn't even late but had spotting and faint positives from 10dpo which got fainter then AF came.

We have a DD aged 2. When TTC her, I also had a chemical on month 4. Got pregnant first cycle of trying again (with conceive plus that time) but MC at 6 weeks. DD conceived first cycle of trying again with conceive plus. I was 27 then and 30 now.

Was feeling positive this time around as conceive plus had been so effective but not this time it seems! I don't know where to go from here, just keep trying or try a particular vitamin? I've been taking seven seas for a few months now. I'm sure I took B6 in first half of my cycle last time. My cycles vary by a couple of days but this is dependent on when I ovulate. 28-30ish day cycle, luteal phase always 13 days, get lots of ewcm and strongly positive OPKs. Nothing to suggest I'm not ovulating although I don't temp. We DTD every day in fertile week from minimum 3 days before ov to 3 days after (maybe too much?). Only difference now is I don't tend to get sore nipples immediately after ov and I get milder pmt symptoms since having DD.

Any suggestions or just keep going as we are?

It took us 9 months to conceive dd2 with a chemical in month 4. I kept going and started acupuncture for one month and then got pregnant. Opks were positive but my periods were very light so the acupuncture was to help the lining get thick I think. Its still early days I know it doesn't feel like it at the time but don't lose hope just yet

Thanks @twobambinos that's interesting. Glad you got your BFP. I wonder if acupuncture would be suitable for me when I don't have anything glaringly obvious as a problem?

Nothing was glaringly obvious to me to apart from my patience. It felt proactive to do something and much of what he told me at the time seemed to make sense. Can't remember a lot of it now but some of it was to eat warming foods to improve circulation. Ginger tea etc. I would have tried anything anyway and maybe it was just luck that it worked so quickly.

Great I think I'll start to make some enquiries. Thanks!

I'm on month 6 now I think and also feeling few up. We tried for a few months last year but had to stop for a coupe of months because of some family issues. I was so sure it would happen for us once we started again but no luck so far. Nothing really to add, just wanted to send my sympathies really.

I got pregnant on month 8 which was the first month of feting acupuncture. Acupuncturist I saw suggested it as he thought I might have a thin womb lining due to five years with a coil in. It worked! DD is now 3. Good luck!

Really feel for you OP.
Af showed up today, on to Cycle 8 of ttc. Been off the pill since the beginning of March last year to let my body have a few cycles to regulate before actively ttc. Just never imagined it would take this long or be this emotionally draining Sad
That's really interesting about acupuncture, think i'll make some enquiries.

We're TTC #2 and on cycle 7. I had a chat with my GP about how long it could take and she said 9 months is average so a few months above is perfectly normal! Just so frustrating as I'm 35 in July so worried I'm not going to have the two children that DH and I hope for. However, all the stats say the longer you try, the more likely you are to conceive. I'm just in the 2WW and having a positive day (don't always feel like this!) but completely know where you're coming from. Sending baby dust to all xx
