Shettles while breastfeeding?

Hi,

Just wondered whether anyone had tried the Shettles Method while breastfeeding and with any success? Have been tracking cycle for last few months and my ovulation is a bit random, sometimes early and sometimes late. How can I time bd with Shettles when cycle is all over the place? Any advice welcome!

Thanks!Smile

If your cycles are irregular and they vary every month, this method is the sure way of getting pregnant again. I don't think it's a good idea but good luck anyway.

If you can't reliably predict ovulation then you can't do shettles. Either just get going and be done with shettles or wait until your cycle is more predictable.

Also, Shettles is complete hokkum and has been definitively refuted by actual science.

Agree with Si1ver shettles is a load of rubbish and there is zero scientific evidence to prove it works. Conceiving one gender over another is purely coincidental. Anyone that says they tried for a girl and had a girl would have conceived a girl that time whether trying shettles or not. There’s no harm in doing it by just don’t rely too much on it
