Ttc with low bmi

Have been reading up and sounds like having a low bmi can affect fertility. Really didn't need yet another thing to worry about!
I'm naturally petite and my bmi is probably 19. Found a setting I didn't know existed on the scales last night and my percentage of body fat is apparently 17%. At the risk of sounding like a d**k, is this too low? I eat healthily and plenty. The statistics I'm reading have made me worry. My periods have also been very light, though I'd attributed that to coming off mirena in the summer. Anyone have success ttc with low bmi? When I conceived dc1 I was maybe half a stone heavier but I've never really put it back on after having him, I think my body shape just changed slightly. Do I need to worry /do something about it or am I just worrying unnecessarily?

If you are using BMI 19 as your yard stick then I think you'll find very, very large numbers of women have conceived!

If you're at a weight normal for you ie haven't suddenly lost loads, and are having periods (which most likely means you are ovulated) then you have a good chance if becoming pregnant.

Light periods are really an indication of fertility.

Light periods do not indicate lack of fertility I mean.

Thank you. I'm sure it's fine Smile and I know 19 isn't actually that low. I'm probably being ridiculous! I just know my periods were much heavier pre mirena 4-5 days regular flow) as opposed to two days currently (quite light flow). Could also be an age thing I guess?

Who knows! Just get shagging I say!

I've had 2 kids with a BMI lower than that. Maybe I would have a whole shoe full if it was higher ignores fact that there is no man in my life
