Period due today and it was a no show. Thought it would come as been cramping from last night, but not had so much as a spot. It's driving me batty! If it was gonna come is rather it just show itself when it's supposed to 😅 Is it possible to get period-like cramps right before period is due, and still be pregnant? If it keeps away tonight I will test on the morning.

Good luck! Let me know! Xxx

SparkLee · 29/01/2018 23:19

Thank you I will! I swear blind every 30 mins that I can feel my period has started. And when I check, there's nothing. So frustrating!

Hi OP, it is possible to get cramps and pulling sensations throughout pregnancy, particularly very early on.

Best of luck for the result you want!

Mrstobe90 · 30/01/2018 00:36

I kept thinking that I had come on my period at the beginning of my pregnancy. Was getting cramps and so much CM that it felt like I had.
I'm now 37+2 with a little girl.

I hope you get the outcome you're hoping for xxx

Shmithecat · 30/01/2018 00:47

I felt like my period was coming. DS is now 2yo. It's very very similar. Didn't get a bloody bfp until I was 6 days late either. Good luck Flowers

ClaryFray · 30/01/2018 07:48

I was due on Saturday and like you still no show. So I'm ever hopeful!

Good luck

pickupapenguin2 · 30/01/2018 07:58

Good luck testing today spark Hope AF stayed away.

SparkLee · 30/01/2018 10:09

Thank you all so much. Still no sign of af and waiting on the tesco man bringing me tests! 🙈

I can't I'm sorry but was that first morning urine? Also if you can wait till tomorrow, I know it's near unbearable, I'd try a first response early because they are pink dye and I find those easier to read. Its tempting to go digital but I never got a result with those until at least 4 days after my missed period.

It's a horrid wait isn't it

SparkLee · 30/01/2018 11:28

Hi almost. It wasn't FMU but I have another 2 tests so I will try them in the morning. Unfortunately tesco only had CB tests. I prefer first response myself. The digital said negative and I think I can see a very faint line in real life, but not too sure.

SparkLee · 01/02/2018 18:46

Can anyone tell me if this is a faint positive? Taken this morning. Tested again tonight and got nothing

@SparkLee my eyes are definitely catching something on that one!

QueenofmyPrinces · 01/02/2018 18:51

Can you do a close up photo of the window??

Si1ver · 01/02/2018 18:54

That's a line. Congrats.

Summer1986 · 01/02/2018 18:54

I see a line on the frer!

HappyThoughts7 · 01/02/2018 19:59

I definitely see a line, @spark; fingers crossed! X

SparkLee · 01/02/2018 20:03

Really?! Well somebody pinch me! Dh is skeptical, he thinks the lines have to be the exact same shade for it to count Hmm. Took another tonight and it was negative though. Can that be normal? I'm 4 days late by the way.

TheChineseChicken · 01/02/2018 20:17

Definite line

Almostthere15 · 01/02/2018 20:31

I see a line on frer. Mine were pretty faint until a good week after my missed period. (Obviously i didn't spend a fortune repeating them, not me Wink)

In another 48 hrs you should have a stronger line

awankstainonhumanity · 01/02/2018 21:11

That first response is positive.

SparkLee · 01/02/2018 21:48

Should I take another test tomorrow or wait til Saturday? Think I'm in denile a bit!!

OP posts:
SparkLee · 02/02/2018 09:29

I got a negative today :( I take it this not good news

OP posts:
AmyM712 · 02/02/2018 09:36

I would wait and retest. I think it's unusual to get a false positive, but with all the vagueries of tests I would keep trying. Good luck

mojito55 · 02/02/2018 09:39

Yes definitely retest with FMU, as the second test looks positive to me.
