Hi I posted a while back saying farewell to tic.
However my period hasn’t arrived I’m only a day late but in the 13 months of trying I’ve never been late. There is still a chance of course.
Iv3 had watery cm for pretty much my entire cycle. Two negative tests they were Asda own brands. Is it true to believe my body just hates me and to call my gp for blood test

Before getting blood tests why don't you just get a frer?

Purplerain101 · 29/01/2018 10:24

I didn’t get positives on any brand of test including the FRER until a day past my period due date. And even then they were very faint and I had to hold them up to the light to see anything. Good luck

Wait a week and test again. GP won't be concerned until you've missed 2 periods.

Cupcakesandlove · 29/01/2018 11:35

Thank you pop tart the reason I mentioned a blood test is due to me not thinking I’m pregnant and that it may be another issue. I would have though as I’m a day late any brand of pg test would be correct at this stage I was due on yesterday

Thanks poster awankstainonhuma I did have thus issue prior to me coming off the pill over a year ago. This is why I cane off it.
I’m hoping based on that they would give me a blood test

My cycles are usually 31 days, give or take a day - but last month I was 7 days late and like you I had lots of watery cm. I started worrying and thinking there was something wrong but AF did eventually show up on cd38 which has never happened before.
Probably not the answer you wanted to hear but I just wanted to reassure you that AF could just be late for a change rather than something being wrong xx

Cupcakesandlove · 29/01/2018 12:02

Thank you little miss that’s actually exactly what I needed. My ttc irrational overthinking mind has crept back in.
Possibly hoping that I was pregnant when I know full well based on the two pregnancy test I’ve taken I’m not.
Just a cruel twist of fate that as per usual has been dealt.
Time for a cuddle with my dd to keep me grounded I think x

It's perfectly normally @Cupcakesandlove. I was exactly the same last month and even after bfn's after AF was due I was still thinking deep down that I was still in with a chance. But when I relaxed and stopped thinking about it, it turned up. It's funny how our bodies work xx

Purplerain101 · 29/01/2018 12:50

My cycle is normally 28 days like clockwork and I did have one random cycle of 35 days a couple of years ago. No idea why

Cupcakesandlove · 29/01/2018 16:07

To be honest I was relaxed we had stopped trying and just let it be I had come around to my DD potentially being an only child we were focusing on our relationship and most importantly our DD it’s only threw me that I didn’t come on yesterday.
It defo is on its way though I’ve been cramping since Friday and had a few brown spots today x
