Hello lovely ladies! Grin
Just to give a short snapshot of my situation: I'm currently on CD101 since stopping Cerelle. I have had no withdrawl bleed or AFs at all.
I'm concerned about my lady bits so I've been reading up on this forum what supplements might help kick start things. But now I think I'm going a bit mad with them! Confused I've started getting mild headaches which I think might be down to all these pills and supplements I'm taking. Or it could be hormone related, who knows?!

Currently taking:-

  • Folic acid (since day 1)
  • Agnus castus
  • Starflower oil (since CD83)
  • Evening primrose oil (since CD83)
  • Soya isoflavones (since CD83)
  • Magnesium (since Friday)
  • CQ10 (on order)
  • Omega 3 (on order)

If you shook me I would rattle! Where do I draw the line? How many of these are actually useful or are they all contradicting eachother?

I would be taking an all in one pregnancy supplement, otherwise see a naturopath for more specific doses.

Is there a reason for taking them all separately?

@beingsunny I've just seen on various threads that 'Ooh XX worked for me' or 'You should try XX, it really works!' so I just picked some up and added them to the mix.

They all look fine but I would add in vitamin d3

I would take either Angus cactus or isoflavones (for 5 days early in cycle), not both together. In your situation I'd drop the isoflavones until you get a period then decide which you want to take.

I take folic acid, vitamin D and high dose vit C- plus soy isoflavones day 2-7 of cycle (200mg each day).

I visited my Dr this morning and asked her about my morning pill-cocktail.
She said she could only endorse regulated drugs, so said definitely stick with Folic Acid, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B complex. And to stay away from Vitamin A.
She said to visit a herbal store to talk about the others. Off to Holland and Barratt at the weekend then!

Oh that’s good to know. Let us know how you get on at Holland and Barrett x
