Hi everyone

Currently attempting the SMEP this month

So basically CD8 was Wednesday - DTD, skipped Thursday, DTD last night and now I’ve woken up to a still smiley on opk.

My question is do I start the 3 days now even though I dtd last night?

Also I’m have an examination ‘down below’ on Monday will that effect anything?

Advise is really needed! X

I'm currently doing SMEP this month too, yes you wanna do the three days in a row, even though it'll be four for you. Currently just finished my three so thank god for a day off today!
I don't think the examination will effect anything but I'd mention there's a chance you could be pregnant to them just in case

Yeah I think I will mention it. So scared to have it done & the thought of dtd the evening after it isn’t pleasant either. I’ll have to solider on through lol

I hope it works for me. It’s the examination I’m worried about typical that the doctors booked me in on my fertile week x

I had the same problem as this. We dtd another 2 days but DH couldn’t manage the 3rd day (as would’ve actually been the 4th in a row...poor guy was so knackered). Didn’t matter though as for my BFP this week!
