Hi girls

Just a quick one. I've read on the packet that FRER tests are 96% correct at 10dpo and 76% correct at 9dpo.

Can anyone explain how this could be whilst the average day for implantation is only 9dpo.

I understand if could show positive for early implanters so early but what about the majority who implant day 8/9???

Does it detect something other than just hcg by any chance????

TIA X

My understanding is that although implantation can happen between 6-12 days PO most implantations happen days 8-9 and following that hcg is immediately produced so testing 10 dpo is a fairly safe bet for most (on a FRER).
