Keep reading that the blue ink tests aren't good... I've a shitload in my wardrobe... yes over 30 🙈🙊🤣 being prepared and all that!

I'm 2 days overdue for AF and 18dpo

Am I fooling myself that I should be getting a positive test?

I've always found the blue one to give a line when not pregnant. I did a test once when I hadn't had sex (to see if I was right) and got a second line. Apparently first response is the go to test but your better off getting some Internet cheapies and if you get a positive then use the first response to confirm.

First response are currently 2 for £6 in Asda.

Clearblue get a hard time on here, but I've never had an issue with them giving me dodgy results, every time I've actually been pregnant a lovely clear line (or cross) has shown up from the day my period was due or a couple of days earlier.

You could give it a few more days and then, if the tests are still negative and af hasn't arrived, ask your GP if they can take bloods to see what's going on.
