Am I out or is there still hope?

My cycle is quite irregular, anywhere between 23 and 29 days.

I tested BFN this morning with fmu, I’m on cycle day 27.

I don’t know exactly when I ovulated as I stopped opk-ing for my own sanity (been ttc 18 months now Sad) but in the past been known to ov as late as cd18. I did have cramps and ewcm around cd 17/18.

So, no sign of period, but bfn. If there any hope or do you think I’m out?

It was a Poundland one. Not the strips that come in packs of 3, the proper style ones.

I would guess they aren't the super sensitive ones like frer so it might not mean you are out. I hear a lot of ladies not getting a positive till after af when it isn't one of the super sensitive tests.

Yeah that’s what I keep telling myself.

To be fair when I got my bfp with DS, it was only really really faint on a super sensitive Superdrug one a day before period was due.

Just still a bit hopeful as I’ve not had any of the symptoms I usually get in the week leading up to af. But no pg symptoms either.

P.S. I only buy Poundland tests as I go through at least 3 each cycle so need to economise!

My last pregnancy I had no symptoms leading up to testing and this time I have had nausea and heartburn. I think every pregnancy is different. I know it is so hard waiting though, I've been like a mad woman during tww, it really does mess with your mind when you want it so badly.

With my first I didn't get a bfp until I was 5 days late. I tested every day from the day I was due and there wasn't even a hint of a line. I was using boots and superdrug tests at the time. I think that it depends on when we ovulate but also our own bodies. I would give it a few more days.

I should have said, when I did get my bfp at 5 days late it was a real squinter. DH thought I was imagining things.
