Infertility and Conceiving

Does anyone have any ideas or tips of naturally conceiving for someone with low fertility? - I know women take folic acids, eat healthy, exercise and have regular sex; but what should I be doing to help boost my fertility or at least get the best chance at being able to conceive.

Unfortunately; I have endometriosis and my fertility is getting lower and lower. It's very hard for me to conceive but not impossible.

Hi,

I've got endometriosis too and have just started trying. Feeling worried about fertility as well, as I only have one ovary now.

Don't have many suggestions as of yet as only just started, but just wanted to say I'm in the same boat so know how you feel.

I know for me I see a big change in my endometriosis when I'm stressed so my approach at the moment is to try not to get stressed about conceiving (easier said than done). I'm not doing temperatures and ovulation sticks (yet) as I want to get to know my body off the pill and see if I have clear signs to follow. Last month I had quite clear ovulation pain and cm. I think they're good things to look out for for a start, but probably others who've been trying longer can give you better advice.

From things I've read there is a method of having sex every other day throughout your cycle and every day during your most fertile week. I think it's recommended especially for those with lower fertility. I haven't tried it yet. Just trying to do it regularly but not take the fun out of it at the moment.

I've had ovary pain a couple of times during sex this month which has got me worried about cysts and things.

Fingers crossed for you! Stay upbeat! :)
