Bath temperature- crazy woman

Is it bad that I literally have my child's bath thermometer in the bath as it runs right now so that the temp doesn't go over 37 degrees in case I am pregnant 😂 (im in TWW)

I was like that when TTC #1 and then all through the pregnancy! Drove myself a bit mad! I was much more lax the second time round

I was the same in pregnancy @NoseringGirl the first time I had a bath when I was pregnant was when I was in labour 😂

I don't think I could go that long without baths, I'm a bath addict! I do love a bath in labour though. Weirdly, for about a week before DS2 was born I'd get contractions whenever I was in the bath and then they'd ease off as I got out.

Haha. I've actually stopped having baths from around cd8 onwards which I know is stupid... I love baths! But at this point I'd love a bfp more and even though it probably doesn't make the blindest bit of different I know I'd be annoyed at myself if/when AF arrives :(

I'm CD19 and was having some AF like cramping even though AF isn't due until CD28 so I needed some relief. I thought a bath was a safer option than a hot water bottle 🙊

Haha I was neurotic about bath temperature too when pregnant with DS, which wasn't fun cos I only like hot hot baths.

It does remind me though of the first time I had a bath after finding out I was pregnant and I worried for about 2-3 days that I had washed away the implanted egg. I AM NOT KIDDING. I'm actually a very well educated person!!! Pregnancy/ttc makes us crazy.

@8DaysAWeek I only like really hot hot hot baths too, that's why I didn't have a bath the whole time I was pregnant, I just thought there was no point unless it could be boiling 😂
