Been recording my OPKs this cycle for the last few days to see what happens. Last cycle (month 1 TTC) got a positive OPK on CD20. From this pic do you think CD 16 looks positive? I didn't think it was quite there so was expecting today's to be stronger again but it's pretty much negative HmmSad. DH and I have DTD for past 4 days to be on the safe side but don't even think I've ov'd yet..can OPKs go weaker and then stronger again prior to ovulation? Any help greatly received! Smile

Hard to get a good pic as they're stuck down with tape! CD 14,15,16,17 from top to bottom.

Are you only testing once a day? And when? Sometimes the surge can be so short you miss it. I test two or three times a day when I think I’m due to ov. I didn’t get a positive until lunchtime one day, when I had a neg with FMU.

Yes only once a day, I test when I get in from work so this week it's ranged between 4:30 and 9pm! Would struggle to test during my working day, but will test more this weekend. Halo fingers crossed!

@gingertom11 I would say the one I the second pic from your last cycle is positive but non from this cycle yet. I often get a close positive at around cd10 though then it goes paler again then all of a sudden it goes positive again around cd17. I'm now 4/5dpo what I thought was ovulation and has another near positive yesterday which confused the heck out of me so you're not alone!

I used to test twice a day. Once at 11am and the other around 6pm.
It would sometimes still be negative at 11 but be a blazing positive at 6.
Definitely test twice a day because your ovulation window is very short.

Good luck.

None are positive yet x

Thanks everyone, will keep testing and try to test more than once a day, especially over the weekend! Think I'm gonna need to order some more tests... Blush
