I was wondering whether anyone has heard of any success stories?

There is one round the corner from me and they are advertising fertility treatments.. but not convinced.

I am a marketing persons dream and have tried everything!

I wouldn't necessarily rule something like this out, but I would get a recommendation first. If you know someone who's used it and heard good things, why not try it out?

Do you have any idea of what the underlying problem is?.

What tests have you had done to date?.

I would personally be very wary of people advertising like this; this is a poorly regulated industry.

thanks for your thoughts, they are similar to mine, to be honest I have our first fertility appointment in three weeks so I will wait until then!
