Strange bleed cd 6

I’m feeling really confused and concerned.
I’m 28, cycle 10. The last 3 cycles I have had a random bleed cd 6. Never lasts long but comes out of nowhere and always the same day. I read somewhere about a rise in hormones but not sure what it means. Has anyone ever experienced this?! I asked doc about it the first time and she said it was prob a bad period??? Getting worried it’s something bad. Didn’t used to get this when I first came off pill last year ☹️

So has af usually finished by then? If it's cd6 id say it's too early for ovulation bleed and probably the dregs of af x

Thanks @Owlpatrol for your reply. You’re probably right but I only have af for 2 days so it’s like 3 days with nothing and then something on cd6. So weird! Happened on day 6 for 3 months now. Strange how clock work out bodies are!!
