Symptoms at 4 weeks?

I'm a little worried because I haven't really been getting that many symptoms apart from the odd cramp and feeling moody.
My boobs aren't hurting at all and I don't need the toilet any more than usual. I also have no nausea/sickness at all.
I did a FRER on Friday which was 1 day before my period was due and it was a clear line. I've also done some less sensitive tests since then such as Boots own brand they have come up fainter.
I'm now 3 days late and hoping I am pregnant but I just don't feel pregnant at all. Is this normal at 4 weeks? What symptoms were you having at 4 weeks? My last pregnancy was so long ago that I've forgot!

I had absolutely none. I only tested because it was the day my period was due and nothing was happening, and I'm usually regular as clockwork.

At about 5 weeks I started getting mild cramps, which I guess was things stretching and moving around!

I’m 3.5 weeks now by LMP. My cycle is irregular from 29 to 45 days. I have sore heavy boobs, sensitive nipples at 2 weeks but not very sensitive by now. I got sharp pain on my left pelvic area 2 days ago, moderately tired, dome headaches. I checked my cp, but I don’t know if i did it right. It was quite high that I had to push my left middle finger with my right hand to teach it. The middle was softer than the tip of my nose but the surrounding tissue is very soft. I know its still part of the cervix. For a while i knew this is it but i am not fully convinced. Today i had yellowish cm accompanied by on and off lower abdl pain. Just like what i have before my af. Google had been my companion for 2 weeks now. I will test on Friday.
I hope we both get our BFP soon!
