We have been being careful since I came off the pill last summer to TTC because for one reason or another we had to put a hold on our plans.

Anyway, on Sunday (7th) we got carried away when DTD and we didn't take any precautions. I checked my chart and Tuesday (9th) was the start of my fertile window and I am pretty sure I ovulated on wither Thursday or Friday (11th or 12th) on the Thursday I had EWCM and on the Friday I had pains in my right ovary.

I haven't discussed this with DH as I don't see the point in getting excited right now but what are the chances of this happening for us? the one time we have a little blip!

Sorry, posted before I finished...

... fertile Cm at the time you have sex.
You’re describing a 4- 5 day gap, which means it is a possibility ( it has happened to me before) but not as likely as if you’d had sex on the Tues/ Wednesday.

We also had sex on the Monday (8th) and Thursday (11th) but we used withdrawal method, which again, is throwing caution to the wind I know.

As you can tell, we aren't trying too hard to put plans on hold however, we are still feeling like we have to hold back and not get pregnant deliberately right now.

I know its slim. I need to get it out of my mind.
