to all those who chart to spot ovulation
i still have a coil after my first baby.
i started 4 months ago to record my mucus,so ill konw when i ovulate for my next time.still didnt find suitable bbthermometer.
the problem is i dont recognise between sticky,creamy or egg white mucus. i find that after the period its all sticky and clear just like eggwhite until the next period.is it because of the coil?or i`m just mucus-ignorant?
