TTC after miscarriage - missed period negative hpt

I had a miscarriage at 6w3d in October. I bled for two weeks. It took 4 weeks from the start of the miscarriage to get a negative HPT and I then had a period. I had a 25 day cycle (normal for me is 25-27 days) and then another period, which was the beginning of this cycle. I'm now on day 30 and still no period. I've taken 4 HPTs (3 ICs and a FRER) on different days, some FMU and some early evening. They're all stark white BFNs. I had horrendous cramps the day my period was due and mild cramps ever since. No other pregnancy symptoms. With my miscarriage I had loads of symptoms ans knew I was pregnant long before the positive test.

I guess I'm not pregnant but I really feel like I need to know what's going on with my body. Recovering emotionally from a miscarriage is difficult enough without being stuck in limbo!

It could just be your cycle taking some time to get back to normal again - and if you've been stressed and upset, your body might have delayed ovulation. I had a 46-day cycle in November as we were moving house around the time I would ovulate, so my body obv realised I was stressing and delayed it for 12 days or so!

You might not have ovulated till later in your cycle so your period isn't actually 'late', as such.

Sorry to hear about your mc x

Sorry for your loss.
I had a miscarriage in August. First period took 7 weeks to arrive. Had my normal 29day cycle then every month since it's not been the same. We're not trying so know I'm not pregnant each month and I've had random spotting before or after some months.
It can take a while for hormones to settle down from what I've looked into which doesn't help an already painful time x

So sorry for your loss. I had a mc in September & since then my cycles have been a bit all over the place. I used to be bang on 28 days and since the mc I've had 31, 25, 31 and 33. I think it just takes time for your body to settle down
