Implantation or period? (Following miscarriage)

I’m addicted to his forum now! I don’t know if anyone can help but I’m so confused with my body right now!
To save a lengthy rambling post I’ll summarise with dates/times.

22nd Dec: BFP - 4+4wks (1-2wks clearblue digital)
22nd - 26th Dec: sporting & bleeding with clots
28th Dec: BFP (2-3wks clearblue digital)
30th Dec: BFP
2nd Jan: BFP (booked scan at EPU to see if it’s a miscarriage or not as still had all the symptoms)
5th Jan: EPU appt - miscarriage confirmed, urine test was negative so they wouldn’t scan me)
6th Jan: Jumped straight back onto TTC
7th Jan: TTC
8th Jan - now: increasingly bloated, nauseous, mild cramping, backache & headaches (OPK negative)
10th Jan: spotting (Brown, pink discharge for a few hours)
11th Jan: bleeding started early AM, thought it was my period but it’s so light and like (Sorry, TMI warning!) discharge with blood in it. There’s a lot of blood & stringy discharge when I wipe but barely anything on the pad.

My question is, having only finished my miscarriage last Tuesday, is it possible that from having sex at the weekend this could be implantation bleeding already?! Or is this some kind of weird period?

Has anyone experienced this before?

Forgot to mention, on the OVK on Monday it was negative with a visible but faint second line and each day it’s got lighter until yesterday and today it had disappeared altogether.

Anyone else has this?

Unable to get to sleep tonight, wide awake and really aching boobs! Really hoping this is implantation bleeding. Looking at the dates of everything it seems I may have had a chemical pregnancy not a mc a couple of weeks ago.

That would mean AF is due next week and when we had sex at the weekend it might be I ovulated Friday/Saturday and just caught it in time! Here’s hoping!

The bleeding is still pink blood/discharge and no heavier, just when I wipe with a tiny bit on the pad.

You are often more fertile the cycle after a miscarriage btw

I think it's unlikely this is implantation bleeding due to the short timeframes I'm afraid. It may just be the residue of your previous miscarriage. It's normal to have strong "pregnancy symptoms" after a miscarriage as it can leave your hormones unbalanced for some time.

Only way to know is to wait a while and test... But I would try to moderate your hopes in the meantime tbh.

It’s not too short to implant 5/6 days after ovulating

Well the bleeding has stopped so I doubt that was my period. When I spoke to the EPU yesterday they said it’s highly unlikely to be part of the miscarriage otherwise I would still have positive tests (like I had with my first miscarriage in the summer). Who knows, I’ll have to wait and see. Fingers crossed though!!
